I am having trouble seeing your sketch, scanned and posted very light. But at least you have posted your sketch, that is good!!!!! Maybe try to scan it again and adjust the contrast and/or brightness. Let me know if I can help.
As Shawn is trying to say, in a tiny house, each space needs to serve a number of purposes. The first space you enter into from the front door might be the living room, family room, great room and the dining room, all at the same time. Space is important, how it is used is SO important.
I would recommend combining the space for the kitchen, living room and bedroom to reduce the space. This house is just for you so the extra living room isnt needed and by making it one room you can grab your food and eat all in one place. Also the access to the bathroom would be from the main living area.
i think also that if you wanted to keep the living room then you could put your bedroom and bath above the kitchen then you make it into a loft looking down into the living room.

the sketch is ok but it doesnt really need a living room its just wasted space you can put a tv in the bedroom or kitchen

The sketch is good, have you thought about adding a second floor? That might give you more space by building up, but a smaller footprint all together.
ReplyDeleteI am surprised that all the sketches don't have two floors.
