This is the basic house design I thought of over the weekend and on monday; I originaly wanted a spiral staircase but I could not find one that would work. I also am design this house with an overhang. It may have two beds upstairs if the couple/family have children.
I like the idea of an overhang and I like the layout so far. I suggest adding a small bathroom with just a toilet and a small shower and place it near the kitchen sink so you don’t waste space with two sinks.

ReplyDeleteRemember, you can only have a top height of 20' and if you use the full 20', how is it going to look? And don't forget the bathroom, don't see it in the design, but I know that it is coming. Good luck and have fun!
