You could possibly place the bedroom and bathroom upstairs to reduce the footprint of the house greatly. By doing this, you could easily expand the living and kitchen a bit for more space. A ladder or set of stairs would have to be placed of course, the ladder being more conservative space-wise.
i would recommend combining the living room and bedroom for an even smaller footprint.
ReplyDeleteI would recommend making a u-shape kitchen in instead of a l-shape you could put more cabinets and a refrigerator.
