A small house with 4 rooms would be very tight. But the sketch with an up floor and a down floor makes a lot of sense. Would still have to play with the dimensions some, but what you have is good.
I like the idea of combining the rooms without walls or doors. That's definitely something to look into. As others have pointed out, there are no stairs or way of getting upstairs in the sketch. Also, what is the purpose of a loft area? Such space could be better used for the washer and dryer (which you probably don't want in your bedroom) or a closet / storage space.
Your house looks good but if you had a loft in such a tiny house, where are you going to put the stairs?
