  1. I would recommend moving the hallway to the very center of the house and moving the bathroom because in my opinion that shouldnt be in the middle.

  2. Shawn, in your house i think it would be a good idea to had an extra room. it doesn't seem practical to me to do everything in your bedroom and kitchen.

  3. Also, you could maybe move the kitchen to the center of the house to open it up a little bit and take out the long hallway that doesnt need to be there

  4. Don't need a hallway, the place is designed small, you need all the room you can use. The bathroom in the center is not the best placement, you would be always going through it, need it off to a side of the home. And of course, you can always go up.

  5. I agree with Mr.R, the bathroom placement isn't the best, but otherwise the layout seems ok. The hallway jutting out from the rooms seems to be wasted space, though.

    2. What I like most about this tiny house plan is that space isn't used for a Living Room. It's not really required, because if you live in a "Tiny House", you aren't really looking to be spacious or looking to entertain guests.

Now, there are some problems with it that I've noticed and that others have pointed out. The hallway is awkward and the bathroom separates the kitchen and the bedroom. You can kill two birds with one stone here. If you slide the bathroom to the side of the house clockwise 90 degrees, you have an open area in between the kitchen and the bedroom for either a small hallway or bedroom space with a door or opening between it and the kitchen. After that, you can remove the already existing hallway and have the house be more functional and use less space, the central idea of "Tiny Houses".
